Joana Portugal Tours

I was born in the USA because my father worked there as a musician. Music and instruments have therefore been around me all my life. My grandmother lived in Germany and my parents moved to her - and so her chicks afterwards.

In 2000 my parents decided to return to their native country Portugal. 

​

I studied art and completed a bachelor's degree in »Arts and Heritage Science« at Lisbon University. Meanwhile I offered walking tours in Lisbon. 

 

Afterwards,  I worked in an international company as a tutor for the German speaking students in an online English school part-time and restored photography on glass (from ca. 1900) in the National Ajuda Palace.

After 7 years of laboratory and office work, I came up with the idea of retraining completely in Turism and I found my vocation: endlessly learning and sharing, traveling around my country...it´s a challenge that also gives me great pleasure.

​

In the meantime, I have innumerable and valuable further training courses in a wide variety of topics

which I would like to share with you become.
